05 / How we work
Your Harbor package sets out who will be on the ground, what we will provide and what it will cost. We begin with a scoping call with a core Harbor team member and a subject matter expert to understand your objectives and define the requirements.
We then build a team of pilots, instructors and technical specialists best suited to the work. Our aim is to present a complete package within 48 hours of defining your requirements, with team roles, equipment, preparation, travel and pricing clearly laid out for review.
Bring your objectives, dates, location and existing capabilities. Harbor and a subject matter expert help identify the team, equipment and preparation the work calls for.
Work through the proposed team, plan and itemized budget with us. Agree the final scope and costs, confirm responsibilities and approvals, and coordinate how Harbor integrates with your event.
Perform the agreed UAS roles or support your personnel in carrying them out, coordinated with event leadership.
Discuss observations and equipment limitations. Provide written feedback and recommendations where included in the scope.
