Harbor draws on UAS personnel with military and special operations backgrounds, including experience in real-world operations, exercise planning and execution, and operator and instructor training.
The team working with your planners and pilots brings firsthand flying and training experience to the assignment. Each team is selected for the systems, roles, and qualifications the project requires.
Each proposed team member’s relevant background, UAS experience, and platform familiarity are discussed privately during scoping.

05 / How we work
From the first conversation, we work with you to shape a package around your objectives, your existing capabilities, and the support Harbor can provide. Together, we define the scope, match personnel and equipment to the assignment, and confirm qualifications, responsibilities, site access, and required approvals.
We assemble each team around your requirement. Once we understand your objectives, dates, location, and platform needs, we aim to respond within one to two days with an initial team proposal and a clear outline of any remaining gaps, subject to availability and qualification checks.
Discuss the objectives, existing team and systems, location, timing, and practical constraints.
Define UAS roles and the equipment and preparation plan. Agree personnel, costs, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Perform the agreed UAS roles or support your personnel in carrying them out, coordinated with event leadership.
